Answer: The 20 rural depot locations have not yet been selected and will be confirmed before the middle of June.
Question: Will the same depot locations be used for the 2019 and the 2020 surveys?
Answer: It is likely that the surveys will be conducted at different depot locations in 2020.
Question: Is it possible to receive a copy of the questionnaire instrument and the report(s) from the most recent round of surveying?
Answer: Click here to find all of our reports completed since 2014. Most of these reports contain a summary of the questions asked in that year. In saying this, some of the questions will change from last year.
Question: What is the approximate length of the exit survey (in minutes)?
Answer: We anticipate it will take no more than 5 minutes to complete the survey.
Question: Are the survey questions expected to change between 2019 and 2020?
Answer: It is possible that some of the questions may change between 2019 and 2020.
Question: Who will supply the gift cards for the respondents, BCMB or the vendor?
Answer: The BCMB will provide the gift cards to the vendor for distribution to the respondents.
