New Manufacturer Fee:
There is a $60 non-refundable fee associated with registering your company in order to be approved as a manufacturer. You must first register your company by creating a SIMS Portal account. In your account, you will find your outstanding fees and payment information.
Note: The $60 fee does not apply to liquor agencies registering containers on behalf of alcohol manufacturers.
