Thomas Dore began his career in International and Investment Banking with an Offshore Banking Centre operated by the Royal Bank of Canada (located in the Isle of Man). He acted as the Manager, Systems and Operations when he left the bank to move to Canada.
Thomas has been actively involved in the Recycling and Depot industry for more than 14 years; 5 years managing an urban depot, and currently the principal operator of a large rural depot in Taber, Alberta.
Thomas is proud to represent the Alberta Bottle Depot Association, where he has participated as a board member for the past three years, currently serving as the Treasurer.
Thomas currently participates on the following BCMB Committees:
- Governance and Compensation Committee
- Handling Commission Review Committee
