Similar to the process applied to a New Depot Permit Application, there is criteria that the BCMB must follow in approving a request for a permit amendment - change of location. A Permit Holder may not apply to change their location if the proposed location will not satisfy the proximity requirements contained as detailed in the Depot By-law or is within an area which is the subject of a Request for Application.
The depot proximity measurements are measured from nearest property line of an existing depot to nearest property line of the proposed depot location. Should measurements be within +/-0.3km of the proximity requirement in By-law, the Applicant will need to supply a measurement completed by a certified surveyor.

Failure to provide the Change of Location Application completed in its entirety along with any additional information requested by the BCMB will result in the BCMB denying your Change of Location request.
